Benchlist is a product operated by Slopshop Inc., a Delaware C corporation ("we", "us"). Benchlist is a directory of third-party AI services and a verification layer for benchmark scores. We publish listings. We operate the reference benchmark runner. We do not operate the services we list.
We warrant that every listing marked "Verified ⛓" has a corresponding on-chain attestation on Aligned Layer that was produced by the named attestor using the pinned dataset + methodology hash. We do not warrant the accuracy of marketing copy, the availability of a listed service, or its suitability for any purpose.
By submitting a listing you warrant (a) you have authority to list the service, (b) all factual claims in the listing are accurate, and (c) your replay command reproduces the same benchmark result (within σ) on our reference hardware.
Attestors operate under the Attestor Operating Agreement. They post ETH stake which is slashable on upheld disputes.
Any user may file a dispute against a run. See /disputes. Frivolous disputes forfeit the bond.
Verification runs are invoiced up front. Payment processors: Stripe (fiat) and native ETH on Ethereum / Base / Arbitrum (crypto). ERC-20 tokens are not accepted. All sales final unless the failure is on our side — see pricing FAQ.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a license to display it in service of the registry. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms.
Benchlist's aggregate liability is capped at fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved via binding arbitration (JAMS Silicon Valley) unless you opt out within 30 days of signup.
